They say that we need to define our limits and after that, break them. But how do we define our speed? Our speed that sets the ball rolling.
Are we too fast, are we too slow? Have we set just the right pace? Well what’s best is the part where we have the controls.
We should however know when to slow down or when to pick up the pace. We can decide when we wish to stop working so hard and take a break or maybe it’s high time we start doing instead of just thinking or wishing.
