Blur it out

Have seen people act out of their emotions? You’ve done it too. We all have.

Throw chairs at each other when angry. Curse at each other when frustrated. Say something that somebody probably deserves to hear. Kiss someone on their cheek because they’re just too cute.

Emotions, feelings – they have a place in our hearts. But the extreme emotions that are anger, bursting out, frustration, depression. These are the negative emotions that blur our vision.

Calm yourself when you feel extreme emotions.
